You must set expectations. You will have reliable 4G/LTE coverage in the major southern cities (Douala, Yaoundé, Kribi, Limbe) and at the base of Mount Cameroon. However, once you travel to the remote North or Far North regions, you must expect the signal to be intermittent (3G) or non-existent.
